Our Approach
- Mapping and classification of projects as project can range from small-scale network construction or expansion to island interconnection, telemetering, new SCADA etc.
- Based on project classification, development of tools for project management and progress reporting for each project category (operational projects, network projects, strategic initiatives)
- Development of project scheduling tool as well as action plans
- Introduction of KPI’s on the output of each delivered project
- Monitoring and management of project delivery progress through progress reporting, action plan updates, management / BoD presentations
- Preparation of material for decision-making bodies (e.g. Investment Committee) in terms of both business cases and progress updates
- Support throughout the vendor selection and implementation of a project management IT platform
