- Product mix, fixed and variable cost and gross margins
- Manufacturing efficiency
- RM, WiP and FG Inventory ageing and flow
- Order delivery times and service level
- Working capital structure
- Purchasing and use of lead raw material
- Identified, prioritized and supported the implementation of several operational efficiency improvements
- Designed and staffed a PMO to monitor the implementation of transformation initiatives and the achievement of EBITDA targets

- Identified EBITDA improvements of more than €3mio (margin improvement of 6%) through the implementation of our recommendations.
