- Supported senior management in the identification of high-level improvement initiatives
- Coordinated region-wide workshop (Milos, Phocis, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Bulgaria) with company and site management to further detail improvement proposals
- Carried out on-site investigation and data analysis to quantify proposals
- Reconciled initiatives with company Business Plan and distinguished savings already included therein versus incremental ones
- Set up a Project Management Office to monitor implementation of improvements across all locations
Impact for our Client
- The project identified quick win OPEX savings of €10mn additional to the region’s Business Plan, with minimal CAPEX requirements
