- Identified the requirements for obtaining a full banking license based on the regulatory framework set by the BoG
- Established working teams with the senior management of the client
- Researched and drafted all required Bank policies and documents for the folder submission
- Acted as a central point of communication for all involved stakeholders
- Project managed the communication with the BoG and the supervising authority of SSM for the resolution of all comments from the regulator up until the license granting
