- Based on our valuation and transaction advise, we explored several potential sale opportunities for all the client’s renewable assets and helped them maximize the value generated by the transaction
- While the transaction did not complete due to our client’s strategic considerations, we successfully executed the transaction process generating more than five (5) bids for the assets
